It’s not officially Autumn yet, but it’s close enough for me!

As Marilyn Monroe once said, “Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” Autumn is much like that: a time we can periodically shed the things that no longer serve us to make room for the things that will help us grow in the future.

Our leaves might fall to the ground, but that doesn’t mean we are going to wither and die. That is our signal to rest, reflect, and recover. As our seasons change, we burrow under our blankets and find warmth. Take the time to replenish the mind, body, and soul. And when the time is right, everything will fall effortlessly into place, allowing us to blossom into something new and better. Change is not just natural, it’s beneficial, leading us to a brighter future.
